The "Tale" of 1E2K Systems Software

The tale of 1E2K Systems Software starts off way back in 1997 when Juanito Ruiz Jr., its founder/manager, then was in his junior high school, decided that he wants a career in the line of computers, a technology which is fairly new in the Philippines at the time.

Juanito Ruiz Jr.,known simply as Jay to his friends and colleagues, went on to take up Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering in college and graduated Cum Laude, the highest honors among the batch, in 2003. Since then, the knowledge and actual experience he gained prepared him in his new journey as an entrepreneur.

Jay had worked in other IT Software companies up to 2016 handling various position such as Systems Developer, Systems Analyst and Implementor, Supervisor/Trainor, Division Manager, and Chief Technical Officer. He also worked as an IT consultant in 2010 up to 2011. During that time, he had taken part in the development and implementation of more than 50 customized business information systems to clients from different industries such as trade and distribution, supermarket and retail outlets, manufacturing and warehouse management.

Then, in 2016, equipped with the knowledge and experience he gained in his past occupations, Jay decided to establish his own company - 1E2K Systems Software. Located in Central Luzon, the company was intended to serve clients in Central and Northern Luzon since most of the providers of similar services, Business Information Systems, are mostly located in Metro Manila. Geographical distance issues, however, does not stop us in catering IT Services to our customers. Most of our current clients are based in Metro Manila and Cebu.

1E2K Systems Software takes its relationship with the clients seriously.The company's inception was brought about by its founder having his own family- it was started not long after Jay was married to Kristal. Actually, the name 1E2K was taken from "Juanito" (1E2) and "Kristal" (K).The company is a family-oriented. Most of its workforce are family members and relatives. Each client that we have, we are eyeing them as "family", not just ones we can take advantage of for financial gains. We chose gold as our company color having in mind that our products and services should always be of high standards.

1E2K Systems Software is an IT Solutions provider catering to a wide range of business industries, with our own Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) as our main product. Our customized solutions include Supply Chain Management which spans sales ordering, manufacturing, logistics and inventory movements. We also have Sales and Budget Planning - a comprehensive reporting tool for Sales and Marketing to show the company’s performance with respect to a specified target. The target may be in the form of sales and/or expenses. It also includes modules for Financials and General Accounting which covers Accounts Receivable, Payables, Treasury and General Accounting Reports.

We take pride in delivering products which addresses the very specific needs of the client. In 1E2K Systems Software, we do not sell softwares, we offer solutions.
